Full Terms & Conditions

The recipient of the "Secrets Hideaway Resort Give Away" door prize, referred to as the "Stay At Secrets Prize Package/Secrets Hideaway Resort Getaway," must adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Prize Package Inclusions:

• A. One (1) 2-night stay at Secrets Hideaway Resort in Kissimmee, FL:

• Room selection is subject to availability on selected weekends.

• B. One (1) couple's event admission to Secrets Hideaway Resort Friday night event.

• C. One (1) couple's event admission to Secrets Hideaway Resort Saturday night event.

• D. One (1) couple's 30-day membership to Secrets Hideaway Resort.

2. Eligibility:

• The prize is non-transferable and must be claimed in person by the winner at the time of drawing.

• Each ticket purchased is one (1) entry for the prize drawing. Limit one (1) entry per guest.

• If you are a single (male or female) and you win, you must provide the name of someone who will attend the weekend with you as your date to fulfill the Secrets Hideaway double occupancy policy. I unable to provide, Option 2 will be awarded in place of Option 1.

• Metamour Entertainment Crew, Family Members of Crew, Event Sponsors, are ineligible to take delivery of the Door Prize.

3. Reservations & Blackout Dates:

• Metamour Entertainment is responsible for booking the 2-night stay at Secrets Hideaway Resort in advance for the recipient, subject to availability. The stay must be redeemed within 180 days the time of winning.

• Blackout Dates: Winner cannot select to redeem their prize on a Take Over weekend.

4. Event Admissions:

• The winner’s couple's events admissions are valid for consecutive Friday and Saturday night events at Secrets Hideaway Resort. The recipient must present valid identification upon check-in.

5. Membership:

• The 30-day membership to Secrets Hideaway Resort will be purchased online by Metamour Entertainment for winner. The recipient must comply with the resort's membership policies during the membership period. If membership can not be paid for online, or if winner already has a valid membership, the cost of the membership will be on a prepaid Visa Debit Card.

6. Liability:

• Metamour Entertainment, Secrets Hideaway Resort and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the use of the prize package.

• Winner is responsible for payment of room deposit as per Secrets Hideaway Resort’s policy.

7. Disputes:

• In the event of a dispute, winner waives right to Option 1 and will receive Option 2 ($600 Prepaid Visa Gift Card) as prize.

• If gift card is selected due to dispute, winner releases Metamour Entertainment of any remaining liability pertaining to the Secrets Hideaway Resort Give Away.

8. Modification:

• Metamour Entertainment reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel the terms and conditions of the prize package at their discretion. If Metamour Entertainment cancels prize package, winner will receive the option 2, $600 prepaid Visa Gift Card and releases host of any remaining liability pertaining to the Secrets Hideaway Resort Give Away.

By claiming the "Secrets Hide Away Resort Give Away," the recipient acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this limited liability policy.
Metamour Entertainment is not responsible for any issues arising from the claiming or usage of the "Secrets Hide Away Resort Give Away" door prize.
